The Boulder, Colorado early morning photographic excursion that led to the making of this image left me feeling somewhat morally ambivalent; left me feeling that I was inadvertently intruding on this man's spiritual, Tai chi moment of welcoming and actively embracing the beginning of a beautiful new day. It would be my hope that he would find the image a worthy reflection of that spirit.
