Discovered in a largely hidden parking area in West Los Angeles zoned for light industry, accessing this arresting visual required following a narrow driveway entrance from the street which separated two very closely adjacent buildings two or three stories in height. From this entrance, nothing of this scene was visible. And though there was no reason to expect anything of interest, some intuitive instinct drew me to follow that narrow driveway to the rear of this nondescript building. Lesson: listen to intuition.
